How do you think you can help a mentee?

I can help a mentee by being a supportive and approachable guide, sharing what I’ve learned from my own career journey from receptionist to my current role. I genuinely enjoy helping others succeed and thrive, and I make time to listen, offer advice, and provide practical tips to help them grow. I’m organised, hardworking, and transparent with expectations, and I want anyone early in their career to feel they have someone they can talk to, share ideas with, and feel confident about reaching their potential.

Marketing Experience:

8 years

Industry Experience:

I’m the founder of Luna Social, a paid media consultancy specialising in Meta and Google Ads. Over the past eight years I’ve worked with a wide range of e-commerce and lead generation businesses, managing campaigns, solving tracking challenges and helping brands scale through paid advertising. My background combines hands-on campaign management with training and consultancy, so I spend a lot of time helping businesses and marketing teams make sense of complex ad platforms, data and strategy. Prior to moving into marketing, I worked in HR, so supporting people in their development and helping them build confidence in their roles has always been something I’ve really enjoyed.

How do you think you can help a mentee?

Paid ads can feel like a rollercoaster, even for experienced marketers. Platforms change constantly, clients expect quick results, and it’s easy to question yourself when performance dips. I’d love to support other marketers who are managing paid media for clients, whether that’s sense-checking strategy, troubleshooting campaigns, navigating tracking setups, or simply talking through the day-to-day realities of working in paid media. My approach is practical and honest. If you’re looking for someone who understands the platforms, the pressure, and the many tabs open in Ads Manager – I’m here to help!
